Fantastic place to spend quiet relaxing days
The Apartments are of several sizes, suitable to enjoy a beautiful view on Gardalake or Biolake. In our Farm House you can enjoy peace and quite and visit several Gardalake resorts in a short time, such as Garda, Bardolino, Lazise and Torri del Benaco.
Apartments La Terrazza, Il Ceppo, La Pozza, Il Cortile and Il Fienile: 42 mq with kitchen and living room with double sofa bed, bathroom and double room, terrace with Gardalake view, except Il Fienile Apart., that offers view on our Biolake.
Apartments Il Castagno e La Quercia 63 mq: On the ground floor a kitchen and living room, bathroom; on the first floor a mezzanine with duoble bed and a double room. Own patio with wonderful view on Gardalake, as well as from inside the living room.
Services included: water, electricity, gas, parking, Barbecue and sun deckchairs.
No Restaurant Service.

Reservation conditions
Booking will be confirmed and valid only after payment of a deposit of 20% of the total amount is received. This must be paid by bank transfer. This deposite is non refundable in case of no show and waiver. In case of earlier departure or delayed arrival will be charged the entire reservation. The remaining cost must be settled on the morning of departure in cash. No credit card or EC card is accepted.
Cancellation of stay
Bookings can be cancelled by guests, in writing, or by email 3 weeks before arrival.
